With the exception of protected heritage spaces, the interior of the building is being reimagined by another noted Finnish architect, Polo Sarpaneva.

Because of the heritage floorplan, each apartment is unique. Designs include everything from a 24-square-metre studio to a 271-square-metre luxury apartment, with many points in-between, all with Italian kitchens and fixtures, and an abundance of luxury-amenity highlights—a gym, spa, club room and wine cellar included.
